Weight Loss Program
Our program consists of:
- A one hour introductory session where we discuss your eating and exercise habits and how hypnotherapy will work to change your attitude towards yourself and food.
- Seven weekly follow up sessions.
- A daily food diary.
- A CD to take away and listen to between appointments.
At your first session, your therapist will ask you a number of questions regarding your general medical health. From this we will be able to determine the nature of the problem and any other issues. If required, we will work together with other health professionals.
